Why we created HER Influence at the Table
We created HER Influence to make valuable professional relationships easier to build. By bringing women across industries and career stages into the same room, we help them exchange resources, gain visibility, and identify concrete opportunities.
HER Influence reflects our own story. We reconnected over lunch, recognized how our strengths and goals complemented one another, and rebuilt a meaningful partnership. That experience reminded us what one intentional conversation can make possible.

Elyce is a strategic marketing and operations leader, military spouse, and mother who brings people, ideas, and opportunities together. Drawing on experience across corporate partnerships, military communities, nonprofit leadership, and federal service, she co-created HER Influence to help women turn new relationships into career, business, and community opportunities.

Denielle is a thoughtful connector who believes women thrive when they have space to share honestly, support one another, and be seen.
